WHAT CAUSES DIARRHOEA?

Vomiting can be caused by illnesses such as colds and flu. It can also be caused by other things such as bacteria found in food, or excessive alcohol consumption, for example.

HOW TO TREAT YOURSELF
Drinking water and other fluids, which provide a source of energy (glucose) such as lemonade, will really make you feel better. To begin with this should be taken as the occasional sip, and slowly built up.
WHEN SHOULD YOU SEE YOUR GP?
