The NHS App and our website allow you to complete tasks online without having to ring the surgery, like requesting a medical appointment, looking at your medical record and test results, requesting repeat prescriptions, submitting a Med3/Sick note, finding local health services and many more.

By using Mali - your digital assistant, you will be able to access step-by-step guides on how to download and/or use functionalities within our online apps and have support in being signposted to the right information for your query
